HKR Rechenzentrum GmbH is a datacenter in Germany with 20 employees, focusing on hosting data for their customers. Additionally, they do maintenance and development for Microsoft Dynamics. One of their biggest customers, Heidemark GmbH, decided they wanted to upgrade their Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.01 to NAV 2017. The solution had a big database and many customizations; therefore, an upgrade of this size was a challenge.
